RETURN PROCESS
- You have 30 business days from the purchase date to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item & accessories must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item & accessories must be in the original packaging.
- If any packaging or item accessories are missing we will deny the return.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase a trackable shipping method to mail your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you’re denied a refund, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to ship the item back to you (only if you want the item shipped back to you).
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- In the event of an exchange you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to ship the exchange item to you.
- If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item so we can file a claim with the shipping company.
- We will request that you provide pictures of the damaged item.
- No refunds will be given until the shipping company has decided on the claim.
- We will not be responsible for any shipping damages that you report for more than 3 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within 4-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Returns and Exchanges are NOT accepted under the following conditions:
-attempted installation mark(s)
-Flex Cable damaged/ripped, Physical Scratches
-Any Vertical or horizontal lines on the screen
-White spot(s), Screw joint mark(s), Water mark(s)
- For defective or damaged items, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Please Note Non-defective items will be charged a restocking fee of up to 15% of item purchase price or $20.00 minimum.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
